Livacation Bali is a tour operator business that aims to create a fun, unique and unforgettable vacation experience in Bali. Livacation Bali offers a variety of essential travel services for holidays in Bali, such as travel packages, airport pickups, and fastrack services (“Product”), all organized by the Livacation Bali team in collaboration with our partners and affiliated parties on our website, www.livacationbali.com (“Website”). Several terms such as “We”, “Livacation” or “Livacation Bali” refer to the Livacation Bali Company and/or its partners and affiliates. The terms “You”, “Guest” or “Traveler” refer to individuals or groups that have made a booking with us.
Contract
Please pay attention to all the contents of the travel Terms and Conditions provided below. These Terms and Conditions, which include brochures, documents, correspondences, and Terms and Conditions from our supplier, serve as the foundation of the contract applicable to you. It is recommended that you have read and understand all contents of the Terms and Conditions before making a booking with us. It is essential to note that these Terms and Conditions cover important aspects such as liability waivers, class action lawsuit waivers, venue selection, and notice clauses. Once you request confirmation of your booking, you will receive the complete list of the Terms and Conditions outlined below and acknowledge that you have read the terms in this contract and agree to abide by them.
If you have made a booking as a group, a designated representative of that group is responsible to share these Terms and Conditions to all group members and manage every financial aspect related to the booking. We will not be responsible for any failure of the group to share these Terms to every Travelers within the group.
You declare and guarantee that:
(a) You are eighteen years old or older to use our Product and Website, and you have the capacity to fulfill any binding legal obligations associated with your actions.
(b) You have legal authority to act on behalf of the individual you are representing and to accept these Terms and Conditions on the behalf of the individual you are representing.
(c) All information provided by you and/or the members of your group is true and accountable.
Changes in these Terms and Conditions
We may alter and modify the Agreement in the future, and you understand and agree that you accept the entirety of updated and/or modified Agreement to continue accessing or using our Website and the available services.
You Violate Terms and Conditions
You hereby agree that any violation of these Terms and Conditions could result in the following:
(a) Cancellation of reservations or purchases you have made.
(b) Forfeiture of funds paid for reservations or purchases you have made.
(c) You will not be allowed to access related travel products or services.
Products, Services and Booking Reservations.
Tour Products
When you are ready to travel around Bali with Livacation Bali, you can select a tour that suits you. Please carefully read all available tour descriptions, then fill your booking information and details in the Passager Detail and Pick Up Details columns. Once done, you can click the Book Now button. You will receive the booking details via the email address you provided and we will immediately contact you via email to confirm the validity of your booking. Lastly, we will send you a payment link.
Airport Transfer Product
Are you in need of airport pickup upon arriving in Bali? You can select the Airport Transfer product on the available menu. There are four zones that you can select. Please ensure that your transport/pickup location aligns with the designated Zone. Pick-up routes are only available “from” or “to” the Bali airport. Upon confirmation, you can fill the Passager Detail and Pick Up Detail columns. Afterward, proceed to make the payment using the available payment system. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address that you’ve provided the booking form.
Full payment is required upon booking for all available products. Failure to make the payment could result in the cancellation on your booking.

By booking our tour and airport transfer services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices outlined in this Agreement. We prohibit any fake Reservation or fraudulent activities, and any user attempting to make that kind of reservation will be blocked from all of our products and services.
A booking with Livacation Bali does not include airplane tickets. Please do not book any airplane ticket until you have received the booking confirmation for our products and services. This precaution is taken to anticipate and minimalize any availability issues from our products and services. Your contract for the airplane tickets is with the respective airline and is subject to their terms. We hold no responsibility for rescheduling fees, cancelling fees or any other additional fees imposed by the airline.
Booking with Credit Card
When you book any service or product on the Livacation Bali Website, we will collect payment information and process your payment, which we refer to as the “Payment Process”. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. There are no additional or service fees for the Payment Process on the Website using a Credit Card or Debit Card. You are required to pay the full bill to book with a debit or credit card. Additionally, you agree that under this agreement, the Payment Process service for the purchased service on this website is provided by either Paypal or Livacation Bali.
The transaction amount may be subject to taxes, customs, international transaction fees, currency exchange rates or other fees. Your bank, credit card, or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and apply fees, which will cause discrepancies between the final total you need to pay and the amount displayed on the Website livacationbali.com. It is recommended that you contact your bank, credit card, or debit card company if you are uncertain about the applicable conversion rates or fees.
You agree and acknowledge that by entering your credit card information, you card will be fully charged for each and every tour that you have booked on our Website, and thereby agree to not initiate any unnecessary chargebacks.
In certain cases, you have the right to initiate a claim with your credit card company for fees (“Chargeback”). Prior to requesting a chargeback from your credit card company, it is advisable to first contact us to discuss any questions or concerning regarding the bill we issue. We will help and work together with you to solve any pertinent issues. By using our service to make a booking, you accept and agree to our policy and cancellation. Licavation Bali has the right to contest unfair chargebacks and may seek compensation for costs such as legal and intangible fees arising from the unfair chargebacks you initiate. Furthermore, in the case of an unfair chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel the booking associated the unfair chargeback bill. We have the right to investigate and reject any chargeback claim if it falls within any of the following chargeback scenarios:
- Chargeback resulting from a booking with a non-cancellable status, whether that booking has been or has not been used.
- Chargeback resulting from a direct bill using access to your credit card by family, friends, colleagues, or other third parties.
- Chargeback due to disparities or inaccuracies in the descriptions of supplier products.
- Chargeback arising from force majeure events or other circumstances beyond the control of Livacation Bali and its suppliers.
- Chargeback resulting from your disagreement with the cancellation policy
Currency Exchange
Currency exchange rates from various available sources generally serve as guides. The accuracy of the listed prices cannot be guaranteed; therefore, the actual price might differ. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the currency exchange service provider. We recommend you to consult with the experts that meet the qualifications to ensure the accuracy of the currency exchange values.
Modification and Changes
For any modification and change requests related to your booking, you are required to contact and inform our Customer Care who will process your request. You can see and read the “Payment & Cancellation” section below for additional information about cancelling a booking.
- Livacation Bali does not impose any fees for changing or rescheduling the departure date, provided that we are notified of that change no later than two (2) days prior to your departure date.
- All other requests and date reschedule are subject to the availability of our teams and/or service provider suppliers. Livacation Bali cannot guarantee the success of any date reschedule request.
- For any date rescheduling requested no later than 2 (two) days before your departure date, Livacation Bali will try to accommodate your request. However, if a date rescheduling request is made within two days or less of the original departure date, you might get charged additional fees.
- We reserve the right to decide and reconsider the price of any promotion codes, discounts, or special offers that you use during payment process if you make any changes to the related booking. Livacation even reserve the right to revoke discounts and special price offers if you make any changes to the confirmed booking.
At times, our team/service providers may make adjustments on your booking details, such as changes on tour dates, prices, inclusions, scope, age requirements and other Product features and/or terms. As a result, Livacation Bali has the right to cancel, modify or substitute any tour service, ticket, airport transfer or product that you have booked on our Website, at any time and for any reason. In such cases, if you are not satisfied with the offered alternative, you have the right to receive a full refund of the initial price. Irrespective of prior considerations, upon receiving information from the service provider regarding changes and/or details of the tour, product, and service bookings you have ordered, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you of this information to change or reissue the booking if it is feasible to do.
Pricing & Inclusion / Exclusion
The prices listed on the Website are per person except for certain products. The prices follow the local pricing for the offers, converted using the applicable foreign exchange rates as determined by Livacation Bali. The listed prices can be subject to change without prior notice until we have confirmed the order.
Transfer
For any tour that includes transportation and airport transfer via car, van or bus, you are required to be on time for all transfers. There is no refund for any transfer that you miss or do not use. You are required to provide the accurate pickup address for the transfer when you start the tour. Our service provider will arrive fifteen minutes before the scheduled time. In the case of Bali Airport Transfer, our service provider will wait at the paging area while holding a paging board with your name and the Livacation Bali logo in the “paging area” of Bali Airport.
Food
Food and/or snacks may not be included in all tours. This information can be found in the list of inclusion details for each product. Individuals with specific dietary restrictions are required to communicate this information during the booking process. However, certain destinations featured on our Website might be unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. For safety and accountability reasons, Livacation Bali and its representatives are not responsible to directly accommodate any food allergy or diet requirements and restrictions, and not responsible for any issues or limitations arising from such requirements. While we will communicate your requests to our service providers, we cannot guarantee that they will be fully met.
Tour and Activities
All activities and tours are outlined on each available itinerary. We design these tours and activities to cater both individual or group preferences. Out of consideration for your fellow tour participants, we kindly request that you adhere to the travel schedule. Tours and activities will commence on time, and your absence will be regarded as No-show, resulting in forfeiture of any potential refund. It is essential to know that we will adjust tour and activity schedules to ensure you will get the best timing, atmosphere, and schedule when you travel with us. Therefore, we maintain a strict policy regarding lateness.
Travel Plan and Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to modify any published travel plans if we determine that the schedule is not unworkable and due to reasons beyond Livacation Bali’s control. In such cases, we will subtitute that service with an equivalent alternative.
Even though the plan remains unchanged, there could still be instances where adjustments will be made. Such as religious holidays, national celebrations, or unpredictable events such as weather, sea tide variations, government shutdowns, acts of God, or other reasons. We reserve the right to modify travel plans due to those unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Additionally, historical sites may undergo restoration at any time without prior notice that might cause inconvenience during visits due to the restoration process. This might prompt a change of heart. In such cases, we affirm that the tour will proceed according to the schedule. While we can modify the travel schedule, the renovation cannot serve as a reason for you to cancel your tour.
While we may suggest several alternative activities based on the route you choose, those are mere suggestions and you are required to follow the terms and conditions of our supplier. In the event that any damage or issues arises from these suggestions, you assume responsibility towards our service provider.
Exclusion
Any item or service not listed in your travel plan is not included in the tour price. The price does not include local tax fees, airplane arrival or departure fees, security, harbor fees, park fees, customs, immigration charges, farming fees, passenger facility fees and transportation tax. The price does not include tips for tour directors, drivers, or local guides. The price does not include transport fees, visas, luggage costs, personal insurance, personal items, and any food or drink not included under the “Inclusion” section on the Website.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a booking you have made on the Website, please refer to our standard cancellation policy below.
Upon cancelling a booking, we will inform you via email, telephone, and/or text message regarding the complete details of refund that you will receive, if applicable.
The standard cancellation policy at Livacation is:
A 100% Refund (deducted by payment processing fees) is applicable for any cancellation made at least 48 hours before the intended use.
Any cancellation made less than 48 before the intended use will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided once a tour or service has started. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided due to bad weather once the tour has started. We will only reschedule the tour for you.
Passport, Visa & Insurance
When placing an international reservation on our Website, you are responsible to ensure that you have met all the visitation requirements for foreigners, along with valid legal documents for your travel such as passport, inoculations, and a visa.
Specifically regarding passport and visa requirements, please consult the relevant embassy or consulate for further information, as these requirements may change at any time. Make sure to verify any updated information before making a booking at Livacation Bali.
Livacation Bali is not responsible for any traveler being denied flight boarding or entry into Indonesia due the Traveler’s failure to carry required travel documents for the airline and the relevant authorities of the Republic of Indonesia.
Visa and health test requirements are subject to potential changes without prior notice, we strongly suggest you to verify these requirements with the relevant consulate before you travel. You are also responsible to consult your doctor to obtain the latest recommendation about inoculation before travelling abroad to ensure that you have met all health test requirements to follow the medical guide related to your travel plan.
We advise you to buy a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy prior to your scheduled departure to protect your booking. Your travel protection insurance must include travel cancellation or interruptions, medical expenses, emergency evacuation/repatriation, and luggage coverage. The travel protection insurance package includes cancellation due to any reason. In the event of a sudden cancellation, your travel insurance can cover cancellation fees and other fees. Livacation Bali has no authority to answer technical questions about the benefits, dependents or terms of the travel insurance package. In addition, we cannot assess the extent of coverage provided by the insurance. If you have any questions regarding your travel protection, please contact your insurance company or broker and please thoroughly review your travel insurance policy, especially the Terms and Conditions section.
Livacation Bali strongly urges all travelers to check and review various travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and suggestions issued by both your home country and the Republic of Indonesia.
You are aware that your inability to meet these requirements might result in a flight ban or delay that could have been prevented during the inspection at the airport immigration control which may cause you to miss your flight and require you to reschedule your booking. We have no authority to give suggestions and/or retrieve any travel documentation that you require, delays, damages and/or losses, including missing any purchase you have made at Livacation Bali due to your negligence in meeting the document requirements for international travel.
LIVACATION BALI DOES NOT DECLARE OR GUARANTEE THAT TRAVELLING TO THE TRAVEL DESTINATION WE HAVE RECOMMENDED IS WITHOUT RISKS. LIVACATION BALI IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM TRAVEL TO THAT DESTINATION.
Force Majure
Livacation Bali is not responsible for any losses, damages, delays and/or cancellations that are fully or partially caused by acts of God or other force majeure conditions, including but not limited to: fires, volcano eruptions, storms, typhoons, environmental pollution or contamination, bad weather, earthquakes, tides, floods, shortages or failures in fresh water or electricity facilities, tropical storms, civil unrest or disturbance or similar events, acts of sabotage, arrests, strikes or other worker disruptions, government repression, takeovers, acts of terrorism, wars, rebellions, quarantines, health suggestions from the government, epidemics, pandemics, danger warnings or alarms, government confiscations, rejections or cancellations or suspensions or delays of any country’s government, damage to travel service provider facilities or other unforeseen conditions or factors not anticipated by Livacation Bali that adversely affect or hinder its ability to fulfill its contractual obligations. During the periods of force maejure, we will not be required to provide refunds to you, even if we are able to receive refunds from our supplier, it will be returned to you through Livacation Bali.
Non-Responsibility
Livacation Bali and its employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives use third-party Suppliers to organize tours, transportation, sightseeing, and all other services related to these tours. Livacation is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or representative of any of these Suppliers. Livacation Bali does not have, manage, operate, supervise, or control any mode of transportation, vehicle, airplane, ATV, boat, raft, hotel or restaurant, or any other entity that provides services related to your tour. Suppliers are an independent contractor and are not an agent or employee or representative of Livacation Bali. All tickets, receipts, coupons, and vouchers are issued with the Terms and Conditions of each supplier, and by receiving any coupon, voucher, and ticket or using service, all Travelers agree that Livacation Bali and its employees, agents, or related representatives may not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage on the traveler and traveler’s items in relation to any service provided directly or indirectly due to any event beyond Livacation Bali’s control. Livacation Bali is not responsible or required for delays, schedule changes, losses, injuries, or damages or losses of any traveler caused by actions or negligence of other party: Livacation Bali is not responsible or has any obligation for personal belongings; and Livacation Bali will be exempt from responsibility according to these terms and conditions if events such as strikes, conflicts, acts of God, unrest, robbery, epidemics, pandemics, diseases, physical injuries, quarantines, medical customs or immigration regulations, delays, or cancellation occurs. Livacation Bali is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Livacation Bali has the right to refuse any traveler or traveler candidate based on its own policy.
Travelers are aware that trips in certain locations during the travel are not devoid of risks, especially in inland and remote locations. The risks that cannot be avoided are, including but not limited to, injury or death risks due to: motor vehicle collisions, animals, road dangers, slips and falls, criminal or terrorism acts, government actions, alcohol, contaminated or unhealthy food consumption. Drinkable water: exposure to materials unfit to consumption including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind. Your negligence and/or others’ negligence, including tour guide, other travelers, Livacation Bali and its employees, agents, and/or representatives. Attacked by or encounters with bugs, reptiles, and/or animals. Any accidents or diseases that happen in remote locations with hard-to-access healthcare services and cause fatigue, cold, heat and/or headache. Any known or unknown medical conditions, physical travel that you have not been prepared for and other similar accidents. Negligence or inadequate training from any third party in seeking medical or other help either prior or after the injury occurs. Any incidents or diseases without access to quick evacuation or lack of medical care supply.
Risk Assessment and Responsibility Waiver
Traveler acknowledges that the description of these risks is not complete and that unforeseen and unanticipated risks can lead to injury, disease, or death. In order to partake in all available services, Traveler agrees to accept and borne full responsibility for any and all risks and agree to and will release and absolve Livacation Bali entirely from any and all claims related to the travel services, including claims of negligence by third parties and/or Livacation Bali’s negligence. Traveler hereby pledges to not initiate legal action against Livacation Bali regarding such claim or join any lawsuits or acts aimed at suing Livacation Bali. This agreement will also bind any heirs, law representatives and any individuals that you have granted authority to. The terms outlined in the RISK ASSESSMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER will remain applicable following the conclusion or termination of this contract, whether through legal processes or otherwise.
Compensation
Traveler agrees to and will compensate and release Livacation Bali and its owners, employees, agents and assignees from any and all losses, damages, and other costs involving Livacation Bali (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees) regarding any claim, lawsuit, arbitration or other matters resulting directly or indirectly from the actions of traveler, such as:
(i) Breach or violation by the traveler or any potential breach of this agreement.
(ii) Any loss caused by the traveler when participating in any of the travel services we provide.
Your Behavior
As per the policy established by Livacation Bali in conjunction with our service provides, we have the right to ask any traveler to stop using our service if we reasonably believe the traveler has or is engaged in activities that will jeopardize the safety, security, comfort, enjoyment or well-being of other travelers or representatives of Livacation Bali and our service providers, including but not limited to any behavior that is disruptive, verbally abusive physically abusive, annoying, harrying, obscene, racist, declines or does not follow the rules and procedures from Livacation Bali.
In cases where a traveler is dismissed, the traveler will be dropped in a city or location without any liability on the part of Livacation Bali or its representative or providers. Livacation Bali is under no obligation to return any portion of the payment made by the traveler. Livacation Bali is not also responsible for accommodation fees, medical expenses, food fees, transportation fees or any other fees paid by the traveler.
Intellectual Rights
Traveler agrees to grant Livacation Bali the right to publish any photos and/or videos of the traveler or the traveler’s activities on both printed or electronic media without requiring further consent and without any compensation. Each traveler releases Livacation Bali and its representatives from any liability related to the use of photos and/or videos featuring the traveler.
Governing Legal Jurisdiction
This website is operated by an entity based in the Republic of Indonesia and this agreement is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You hereby declare and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and the courts in the Republic of Indonesia. Additionally, we stipulate that any legal proceedings arising from or connected to the use of this website will be conducted through the judicial process. You agree that any claims you may have against Livacation Bali arising from and or related to this Website must be heard and resolved in a court of law located within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. The use of this Website in a country where it is not authorized will not partly or fully affect the content of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to this paragraph.
Class Action Waiver/Limitation of Damages & Notice of Claim
You agree that you will only file a claim against Livacation Bali in your personal capacity and not as a member of a plaintiff group and/or grant authority to a plaintiff group on your behalf. Livacation Bali in any way will not assume liability for anything except for travel compensation and the return of your travel deposit which means you accept the terms of this transaction and specifically release any rights related to seeking compensation for damages. You acknowledge and agree that no claims will be considered and you will not file any legal proceedings unless you have previously provided a written notice to Livacation Bali within 30 days after the conclusion or cancellation of your travel.
All Agreements and Separate Attachment
This agreement, including other documents such as invoices that we have provided to you, constitutes the entirety of the agreement, and supersedes any prior or concurrent communication or proposal, whether in electronic, verbal or written form, relating to Livacation Bali. Should any term be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it will be considered separate from these terms and will not affect the validity of the other terms.
